In Jordan LYNX Consulting was requested to carry out a study on the viability of a retirement community in Aqaba as part of the larger development strategy of the Aqaba Special Economic Zone. LYNX Consulting worked closely with BEARINGPOINT and a team of professionals involved in drawing up the development strategy of the Aqaba Free Zone. Economic drivers were reviewed as part of this due diligence exercise in addition to the regional competitive environment and the potential captive market.

A team formed of LYNX Consulting and Hecate International was commissioned to engage into a tendering process for the development of a master planned community for an integrated golf resort on the sea shore of the Dead Sea, Jordan. The project included 2 international standard hotels, a boutique golf hotel, the supporting retail, F&B and children's entertainment facilities.
